Unit Servicing
The daily servicing of units includes changing tea towels, dishcloths, bath towels and bath mat and clearing the kitchen rubbish bin.
A full service is provided after 5th night stay. If you require a full service each day, please contact the office by 6pm the night before. There is an additional $20 charge for this service.
No-Smoking
Pacific Rendezvous has a strict NO SMOKING policy in all buildings including units and Games-room.Smoking is permitted outside, ensuring well away from open windows/doorways. Please use ashtrays provided.
Cooking Smells
The cooking of strong smelling food (including fish) is not permitted in our motel units. This is in order to avoid residual, lingering odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests.We have 2 outside BBQs available (also gas BBQs for hire) if you wish to cook any of these foods.
Management reserves the right to charge for extra cleaning costs and/or loss of rental, if the unit is tainted by food odours.Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please advise us as soon as possible. Cancellations received after 2pm, 2 nights before check in, will incur cancellation fee (which is 50% of total booking cancelled). 5 days cancellation is required for the peak season (Dec/Jan/Feb) and public holiday weekends. Group bookings of 5 or more units, require 14 days notice of cancellation to avoid cancellation fee.
Due to circumstances beyond our control this service might not be available. Please check with the office with regards to availability.
